This game looks sick as hell. This Game is Sick as Hell. Amazing art Direction, Memorable characters, Great Music, fantastic writng, and Great personality. And it all just throws you into the fray with little to no explanation.

This game is such an emotional journey. Everything is so weird, so nuts, so surreal… and yet It feels so real. You're just thrown into this world, the first thing you were told about this game is that this is a world where music is illegal. Yet the first thing you do is get into rhythm, get ready for the last concert. This was Eve's last concert, her last moment making music with her band, her last moment singing to Quaver. Before music becomes illegal

And then you're Beat.

Beat, the main character of the game. You just wake up as her. You're just there, with no idea why. Regardless Quaver is there, she looks just like her mom. You go up to her and she starts asking for a favor, and you have no idea what’s going on, but fuck it we ball. You’re still wondering why music is illegal. At most, Quaver is just reminding us that music is illegal. Beat didn't know that, she only knows about George Washington. Just like Beat, we have more and more questions, but also how come Beat doesn’t know anything? Even when we make our way to the sight of Eve’s last concert, she doesn't know what all that is. Just how?

This is one of my favorite parts of the game's story, the mystery. You just want to figure out why everything feels so off. Like yeah, the game's world is supposed to feel weird , silly, and odd. Yet somehow Beat feels so alien to all this, like you always felt that Beat was probably from a different part of the world, that's why she doesn't know anything Right?

It's not that simple, it was never going to be simple. The game just threw high concept shit at you. What does it mean? Well, it's going to make sense. Just keep PLAYING.

Anyway I really fuck with the music

I'm what you call, an enjoyer of music. Surprise, the bitch that loves Bocchi The Rock, MYGO!!!!!/Ave Mujica, and Girl Band Cry, also love this game's soundtrack. Spoons found in the Kitchen.I don't really know how to go in depth about music, the very least I can talk about how it made me felt. It's feels raw, it feels like someone is saying “ I gotta get up I gotta get moving, shits fucking me up”. And it perfectly embodies the spirit of the game. Pretty much everything in this game is about staying on rhythm. You can see it with Beats idle animation. She's like tapping her legs to the beat. Music is everything to her, don’t forget.

The gameplay is kinda like muse dash. If you know what that is. It’s simple to pick up, just gotta keep track of who lanes and know when to hit it. Now it will take a lot to master, such many cases for the humble rhythm game. What makes this rhythm gameplay stand out is during its story mode. There are moments in the story where they intersplice an interactive cinematic during a rhythm section. It’s pretty cool in concept, but it does feel a bit wonky when it comes to the transition and feedback. Not even sure if it does affect the score. Then again, it could also depend on your difficulty. By the way you can set the difficulty to however you want, you can even lower the difficulty if you’re having some trouble. Just know once you lower the difficulty, you’re gonna need to start a fresh file if you want to go back to the harder difficulties. All and all I’m looking forward to playing more songs in the arcade mode.

Do yourself a favor and play this game.Trust me you'll love alot of what the game offers. You especially gotta experinece the ending. It's just nuts that a game is able to feel and express the way I feel. Those raw emotions being put there. Just absolutely Cinema.
